A native of Las Vegas, J Dapper has seen his city grow exponentially over his lifetime – and studying those patterns of growth has given him unprecedented insight into the market.
His career in real estate began with a focus on residential properties as a Realtor back in 1998. During that time, he not only advised clients on the purchase and sale of residential properties, but he also managed up to 50 rental properties at the same time. He transitioned to commercial real estate in 2002 when he began buying, selling and managing triple net industrial and office space. His early career was defined by landmark purchase and management activities with marquee developments such as an 8,000-square-foot complex at St. Rose and Eastern, the 7,500 square foot Palm Court retail development on Eastern, and management of Paradise Esplanade – the 60,000-square-foot center located across from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. By the following year, he began developing retail and industrial properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
J's current portfolio includes ownership and management of several large triple net retail centers, all of which are self managed. His partnership with Ten15 Development, LLC includes management of extensive developments totaling approximately 250,000 square feet and counting.

Andrea Catalano is a Las Vegas native with an extensive history in the local real estate industry. Her career began with NAI Horizon, a commercial real estate firm, with whom she specialized in the leasing and sales of professional commercial office buildings throughout the Valley. Upon joining Dapper Companies in a senior leasing and sales position, she broadened her expertise with the leasing and sale of several types of commercial properties, including retail, office, land and office/warehouse projects.
Andrea's approach to her profession is consistent with the Dapper Companies philosophy: success comes through relationships. With this model in place, she managed to lease and sell more than $20 million in commercial and residential real estate in her first few years with the company.

Ginny's 26 years of leadership and management in the United States Army makes her the ideal professional to manage the essential operations of Dapper Companies. With a combined 40+ years of management experience, her resume also includes work with Prudential Americana Group REALTORS as a brokerage administrator.
With Dapper Companies, Ginny fulfills office management duties that include supervising office personnel, processing commercial and residential transactions, bookkeeping, processing agents' commissions and complete payroll duties. She also handles all of J Dapper's personal transactions and leverages her proficiency in Quickbooks to track his investments, projects and accounts. She also serves as the coordinator for J's transactions with outside services.

Dennis has spent his entire career in real estate, which gives him unparalleled insight and acumen.
He began with a real estate appraisal Firm in Southern California. In 1987 he left the appraisal business for a position at First American Title, where he served as a Special Projects Title Officer – a position that kindled his interest in the commercial real estate industry. Almost ten years later, he was offered a position with McDonald's Corporation and their real estate department, in which capacity he relocated to Las Vegas as the company's exclusive broker. Dennis spent the subsequent nine years developing restaurants such as Chipotle, TGI Friday's, Outback Steakhouse, and many others. Later, he was offered the position of Area Real Estate Manager, with the responsibility of developing restaurants throughout California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. In this capacity, he gained insight into corporate finance, construction, and developed a knack for finding high-return locations. Today, he puts these skills to work for Dapper Companies, which he joined in 2013. As senior director of acquisitions for Dapper Companies, his focus is mainly on acquiring new development opportunities, tenant representation, and corporate representation.
Dennis is currently representing Sharky's Woodfire Mexican Grill, Jersey Mike's subs, and several individual tenants. He has won several awards for innovative development and ROI, including “Development Team of the Year” honors – an award given to the highest performing team in the nation.

A former staff sergeant with the U.S. Air Force, Ryan has traded maintaining aircraft to managing properties. In addition to his military service, prior to joining Dapper Companies, he was training supervisor for more than 1000 sales contractors, as well as an aircraft mechanic.
Ryan is extremely adept at performing financial analyses on new and existing projects to ensure proper funding, as well as development activities and tenant improvements. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from UNLV – (May 2015) - all while working full-time and raising a young family.

Haling from Seattle, Washington, Will originally came to Las Vegas to work for a well established travel website. After his arrival, however, he transitioned to a career in real estate.
After securing his real estate license, he joined Prudential Americana Group, Realtors, as a residential agent. Seven years later, he had over $20 million in closed transaction. After meeting J Dapper, Will decided to join the new Dapper Companies, where he made a pivot to commercial real estate, including retail, office and warehouse transactions. In his first few years, he brokered millions of dollars in lease and sales transactions.
Aside from his successful real estate career, Will is an accomplished entrepreneur in his own right, having founded and sold two of his endeavors: Tropical Tan and Kurrent Restaurant.
